Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and efficient processes.
- Manage reservations and guest flow using SevenRooms.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff to uphold our brand values.
- Monitor sales, costs, and profitability, driving performance through strategic initiatives.
- Foster a positive working environment that reflects our vibrant Jamaican culture.
