Responsible Individual Requirements:
- Extensive Children’s RM experience
- Good Ofsted experience
- RI / Regional experience Essential
As an Responsible Individual, you’ll be responsible for the operations of the Homes to ensure the safeguarding, manage disciplinaries and have general oversight for all things KPI related in the Children’s Homes.
