We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our Two Rosette Restaurant.
The hotel is a 16th Century Manor House within the picturesque village of Corfe Castle. The hotel has recently had a fantastic renovation throughout. The refurbishment has included our restaurant & herb garden. We are continually improving the finer details within the restaurant & kitchen in one of the best restaurants in Dorset. Our kitchen has also undergone a complete refurbishment as the final part of our refurbishment during 2023.
We require a passionate and experienced Sous Chef preferably with some knowledge of pastry to come and be part of our hotels Two Rosette Restaurant. Experience in a similar standard environment is desired.
Our kitchen and restaurant is the beating heart of the hotel offering quality food in a relaxed environment. Our kitchen team is responsible for ensuring guests receive the best possible dining experience and will help guide and motivate other members of the team.
