Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder Renovation professional to join our team. This role involves working on a variety of renovation projects, delivering high-quality craftsmanship across residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing diverse building tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. A strong background in multiple trades and a proactive attitude are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
- Undertake carpentry tasks including framing, fitting, and finishing work to specifications.
- Carry out roofing repairs and installations with attention to detail and safety protocols.
- Perform construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects.
- Install and maintain plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing.
- Conduct welding operations for structural repairs or fabrications as required.
- Handle electrical installations or repairs where applicable, adhering to safety standards.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out various renovation tasks.
- Fabricate customised components or structures as needed for specific projects.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction, renovation, or related trades is highly desirable.
- Competence in carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, welding, electrical work, or fabrication is preferred.
- Familiarity with the use of hand tools and power tools within a construction setting is essential.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience working on residential or commercial renovation projects will be advantageous.
