Job Summary
Martin & Co, Bury St Edmunds require a Trainee Sales Negotiator / Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant team. Full training will be given to assist our award winning and expanding Estate Agency in all areas of promotion of properties.
The candidate will require confidence in dealing with clients face to face and on the telephone. Working as a team member is also essential together with confidence in navigating our in-house platforms and software.
The basic salary of £25,500 per annum is offered for the initial 12 months training period .
As a key member of our team, you will support sales initiatives, assist with marketing campaigns, and engage with clients to foster positive relationships. Duties
- Assist senior sales negotiators in engaging with potential clients and understanding their needs
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media and email outreach
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and marketing efforts
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups to streamline sales processes
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and progress on assigned tasks
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required; a proactive attitude is essential
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Enthusiasm for learning about sales techniques and marketing strategies
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
