Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 5–10 years' experience as a Beauty Therapist.
- Fully qualified and experienced in:
- Manicures
- Pedicures
- Gel nail treatments
- Body and facial waxing
- Intimate waxing
- Massage treatments
- Facials
- Facial electrical treatments
- CACI
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality beauty treatments to clients.
- Provide professional consultations and aftercare advice.
- Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to the highest standards.
- Support the smooth day-to-day running of the salon.
- Assist with salon opening and closing duties.
- Help with cleaning, laundry, stock management, and preparation of treatment areas.
- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat bookings.
- Contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client preferences for future reference.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists to uphold service quality standards.
- Promote retail products effectively to enhance client satisfaction and maximise sales opportunities.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products through continuous professional development.

Working Hours
