We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Therapies team, assessing a young person in York.
This is an excellent opportunity to deliver specialist occupational therapy as part of a multidisciplinary team, helping a young person with complex occupational therapy needs to achieve meaningful, functional outcomes that improve participation and independence and address heightened sensitivity challenges
The Role
Deliver 3-hour initial assessment with report (non EHCNA)
Promote an inclusive approach
Maintain accurate clinical records, liaise with the wider multidisciplinary team and produce report as required
