We serve individual clients, hairstylists, and salon professionals across the UK, with a growing online retail operation in the premium hair vendorship market.
As we continue to expand our product offering and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking a talented and commercially minded Digital Marketing & Brand Growth Specialist to support customer acquisition, online sales growth, and overall brand development.
Role Overview
This is a hands-on role focused on driving online visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing initiatives that support the continued growth of the Hervanity brand across the UK beauty and hair market.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across relevant social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and other suitable channels.
- Plan, manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, campaign monitoring and performance reporting.
- Support the creation and scheduling of engaging content that aligns with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Analyse customer engagement, sales trends and marketing performance data.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, conversion rates and customer retention.
E-Commerce & Online Growth
- Support the management and optimisation of online product listings.
- Assist with the promotion of new products, campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Work closely with management to improve the customer journey and online shopping experience.
- Support inventory planning by providing insight into product demand and sales trends.
Partnership Development
- Identify opportunities to collaborate with influencers, content creators and industry partners.
- Assist with the development of referral and partnership initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external stakeholders that can support brand growth.
Customer Engagement & Retention
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Support customer retention initiatives and repeat-purchase strategies.
- Maintain effective customer engagement across digital channels.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of two years' experience in digital marketing, social media management, brand growth or a similar role.
- Experience managing social media campaigns and digital marketing activity.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience within the beauty, hair, fashion or lifestyle sector.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or similar systems.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and partnership development.
- Experience using email marketing or customer relationship management systems.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary of £35,000 – £42,000 per annum depending on experience.
