Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat customers in a professional manner
- Take food, drinks, desserts, and shisha orders accurately
- Serve food, desserts, and beverages promptly
- Prepare and present desserts according to house standards
- Ensure tables and lounge areas are clean and organized
- Check on guests to maintain high customer satisfaction
- Handle payments and operate the till when required
- Support the team during busy hours
- Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, cafés, lounges, or restaurants preferred
- Basic dessert preparation skills are an advantage
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late shifts
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
