Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, Biab. gel-x and hard gel extensions in a welcoming and professional environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills in a creative and customer-focused setting, helping clients feel confident and pampered. Must be available to work on Saturdays.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail treatments with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Provide personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable treatments
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilised after each use
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art and beauty treatments to offer innovative services
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a relaxing atmosphere and addressing client needs effectively
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and business productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Fluency in English is required for effective communication
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends or evenings if necessary
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety standards in all treatments
