Job Vacancy: Experienced Mobile Phone Technician
We are looking for an Experienced Mobile Phone Technician who specialises in motherboard micro soldering repairs, PCB, and liquid damage repairs. The successful candidate will join our team of experts and will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and testing various mobile devices in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing the fault in various mobile devices such as Smartphones and Tablets.
- Repairing motherboards with various faults using microsoldering techniques
- Carrying out PCB repairs efficiently and effectively
- Conducting professional repairs on devices that have been damaged by liquids
- Working with the team to ensure a high-quality service is maintained
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the mobile device industry
- Testing that all devices are assembled, repaired and set to the company standard
- Listening to customers regarding their device problems, suggesting and explaining the right repair policy
The successful candidate should have:
- Previous experience in mobile phone repairs, specifically specialise in motherboard micro soldering repairs, PCB and liquid damage repairs
- Excellent knowledge of mobile operating systems (Android and iOS)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical customers
- A self-motivated and proactive approach to work with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the use of testing equipment such as multimeters
- A passion to keep up-to-date with new technologies and innovations in the mobile device industry
- A desire to provide excellent customer service
