The Sea Trout Inn, is a stunning country pub with 11 beautiful en suite bedrooms in Staverton, Totnes.
We are currently recruiting for a chef de Partie to join our existing team.As an Inn, our kitchen operates from 8am for breakfast, lunch from 12pm and then dinner service from 5.00pm, offering a great fresh and innovative menu.
This opportunity has come at a great time for a chef de Partie to start, now coming out of high season there is plenty of scope to put together new menus, work with the head chef and the front of house team to see what works well, what sells and work as a team in getting the offer right.
Our reputation is building daily and want an individual who can add flare and imagination to the menu.
We are a small family owned business and the head chef is given full freedom in choosing the best, local suppliers, designing the menu and building on their own reputation as a chef.
The role would probably best suit someone with their own form of transport.
