Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Aftersales Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing customer service processes, supporting sales administration, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. Duties
- Manage and update customer records,ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Co ordinating with the workshop to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Support sales administration activities, including processing orders and invoicing
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly via email, phone, or other communication channels
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of aftersales services
- Maintain organised filing systems both digitally and physically
- Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-up communications with clients
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently, adhering to organisational standards
- Support IT-related tasks as required, including troubleshooting basic software issues
Skills
- Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good computer literacy and IT skills to navigate various software platforms
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks accordingly
- Customer service experience with a professional approach to client interactions
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
