Construction Labourer
£105–£120 per day | Progression to £130 per day
MSP Details Ltd is looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team.
We're looking for someone who turns up on time, works hard and is prepared to get involved with whatever is needed to keep the site running properly.
Previous construction experience is useful, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.
What you'll be doing
- General site labouring
- Assisting trades with preparation, lifting, mixing and materials
- Moving and storing materials safely
- Preparing work areas ready for trades
- Keeping the site clean and organised
- Protecting floors, windows, doors and finished work
- Managing waste and keeping skips and storage areas tidy
- Using basic site tools safely
- Reporting damage, shortages or problems straight away
- Helping the wider site team when required

- Able to follow instructions
- Comfortable with physical site work
- Takes care around finished work and clients' properties
- Works well as part of a team
- Looks after tools and equipment
- Willing to learn and take on more responsibility
Pay & progression
£105–£120 per day, depending on experience and ability.
Progression to the full £130 per day Labourer rate once the role is consistently demonstrated.
There is also the opportunity to progress into more skilled roles for people who show the right attitude and ability.
We're particularly interested in people who want to learn, develop and build a longer-term career in construction, rather than simply move between short-term labouring jobs.
