About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver on a temporary to permanent basis for our client based in Tilbury.
This is a full-time, weekday role offering long-term opportunities for the right candidate.
The Role
- Carry out multi-drop deliveries to customer sites
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Complete delivery paperwork and driver logs accurately
- Communicate effectively with transport teams and customers
- Ensure full compliance with driving legislation and company procedures
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 05:00 – 15:00
- No weekend work
- £15.50 per hour
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Minimum 2 years’ Class 2 driving experience
- Valid CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum 6 points, with no major endorsements
- Aged 25+ for insurance purposes
- Reliable, professional and safety-focused
- Good communication and customer service skills
