We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable apprentice to join our team.
- Apprenticeship: Building Crafts College - starting this October
- Applicants must have completed the 1 year Level 2 Diploma in Site Carpentry or Carpentry & Joiner & be aged 17+ required for insurance purposes
This is a practical, hands-on apprenticeship working on projects across the events industry, including film premieres, exhibitions, fashion shows and live events.
Carpentry & Joinery will be your primary discipline, but during your apprenticeship you’ll also gain hands-on experience in our fabrication, scenic painting and CNC machining departments.
You’ll start by learning the ropes - assisting experienced team members, general workshop duties, moving materials and keeping the workshop and stores organised. As your skills and confidence grow, you’ll take on more carpentry, joinery and set-building work.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in scenery, set building and the wider events industry.
Pay: £10.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
