Experienced Butchers - Immediate Start
Sterling Meat Company are looking to recruit a full-time Experienced Retail Butcher to join the team at their Meat Mart store.

The Role:
Process prime cuts according to cutting specifications.
Ensure products are correctly wrapped and labelled.
Adherence to food safety regulations and completion of due diligence checks.
Following all relevant company policies & procedures.
Creation of merchandising displays.
Cash handling.
Provide excellent customer service.
Assisting in all areas of the store as/when required.
Essential Skills:
Previous experience in butchery/meat cutting, preferably within a retail environment
Excellent attitude towards customer service.
Proactive approach to tasks.
Productive and efficient working ability.
Team player.
Excellent timekeeping.
A positive approach to learning and self development.
