We are looking for a hardworking and motivated part-time Cocktail Server to join our team in Chotto Matte’s iconic Claude’s Skybar.
Position Overview:
As a Cocktail Server at Claude’s Skybar, you will be entirely service and guest-orientated. Your core responsibilities will be centered on engaging with guests, giving product information and advice to ensure that the food & beverage, and service standards are consistently met to the highest level of quality and professionalism. Your duties as Cocktail Server will require you to take orders, payments and be of service to the guests at all times.
Responsibilities:
· Take accurate drink and food orders and communicate them clearly to the bar or service team
· Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including cocktails, wines, beers, and daily specials, to confidently guide guest choices
· Prepare and serve beverages promptly while maintaining presentation and quality standards
· Process payments efficiently, handling cash, card transactions, and POS systems with accuracy
· Provide friendly, attentive customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well cared for
· Keep the bar and service areas clean and organised, following hygiene, safety, and company procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server, Cocktail Server or Bartender in a high-volume hospitality environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy lifting
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
