Office Administrator (Part-Time)
We are a family-owned, independent estate agency based in Newport-on-Tay, offering both residential property sales and lettings services.
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work closely with the owner in a varied, hands-on role. This position requires a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week.

About the Role
This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring the office operates efficiently while providing excellent support to clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls and responding to enquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Liaising daily with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, contractors and solicitors.
- Coordinating property maintenance, maintaining job sheets and following up with contractors.
- Keeping digital and paper filing systems accurate and well organised.
- Carrying out general administrative duties, including data entry and document preparation.
- Scheduling appointments, property viewings and meetings.
- Assisting with basic accounts administration.
- Preparing correspondence and maintaining clear communication with clients.
- Helping to maintain a tidy, organised and welcoming office environment.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of five years' experience in an office administration role.
- Previous experience within an estate agency, letting agency, solicitor's office or other property-related business is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Confident and professional communication skills, both over the phone and by email.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, OneDrive and software skills.
- The ability to prioritise workloads, work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to support all aspects of the business.
You will either already hold a Letting Agent qualification or be willing to work towards achieving this within two years of joining us.
A full handover and training will be provided to ensure you are fully supported in the role.

Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
