We're hiring an experienced On-Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our DBR1 (Belvedere, London DA17) depot.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily dispatch, route allocation, and Drivers (Delivery Associate) performance
- Manage staffing levels, rota coverage, and driver welfare on-site
- Liaise directly with Amazon station contacts on operational standards
- Handle escalations, incident reporting, and compliance checks
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retraining of DAs.
Experience
- Previous experience in last-mile delivery, logistics, or DSP/AMZL operations.
- A genuine drive for metrics and performance – someone who lives in the numbers and pushes standards higher.
- Highly organized, with a sharp eye for detail and consistency.
- Committed to keeping the fleet compliant and up to standard at all times.
- Strong people management and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working early starts and under pressure during peak periods.
- Full UK driving license preferred
