You’ll partner closely with directors, planners and clients, taking ownership of campaign delivery while helping evolve programmatic strategy. Owning the day‑to‑day delivery of programmatic campaigns, ensuring quality, accuracy and consistency throughout.

Supporting the Programmatic Director to deliver outstanding work and exceed client expectations.

Building clear, commercially sound media plans and communicating recommendations with confidence.

Managing campaign activation and performance across leading DSPs, sharing insight‑led analysis and learnings.

Working collaboratively with planners, finance and wider agency teams to manage budgets, POs and processes.

Developing trusted client relationships through proactive communication and reliable delivery.

Identifying opportunities to improve strategies, workflows and campaign outcomes across accounts.

Experience delivering programmatic campaigns across multiple DSPs, with a solid understanding of the ecosystem.

Confidence working with ad servers and digital platforms, paired with strong attention to detail.

A clear, thoughtful communicator who can explain performance and recommendations in plain language.
