We are an eco-conscious successful local health store, looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor and embark on an exciting journey as a key player in our thriving Parkstone store. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our valued customers, all while contributing to an environmentally-conscious and well-structured store atmosphere.
Are you interested in gaining Nature's Wisdom? With us, you will gain a knowledge of health products and natural remedies, you will know benefits of A-Z vitamins, minerals, herbal medicines, natural alternatives like homeopathy or tissue salts. All training provided for product knowledge.
Your contributions will include:
- Supervise day-to-day activities of the store to guarantee a positive customer experience;
- Control inventory levels and replenish stocks as required;
- Manage the store's financials, like customer payments in cash and credit cards;
- Devise and execute in-store promotional strategies and create captivating seasonal displays;
- Maintain a clean and organised store environment;
- Become the maestro of customer satisfaction, hitting all the right notes in addressing inquiries and concerns;
- Advising customers product ranges suitable to their needs/concerns;
- Transfer of goods from our warehouse to the shop
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
Required criteria:
1 year of experience in retail
Clean driving license
Desirable criteria:
- Passion for the environment and sustainability;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Computer literacy (proficiency in Google Docs, Monday and inventory systems a bonus);
- Retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role;
- Knowledge of health products and natural remedies;
- Ability to work well in a team.
