360 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting experienced Wholesale Butchers on behalf of a well-established meat supplier.
We are looking for skilled butchers to join the day shift on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will be responsible for breaking down whole carcasses, preparing and portioning high-quality meat to customer specifications, and maintaining excellent standards throughout the production process.
Key responsibilities:

Breaking down whole carcasses to specification

Wholesale butchery and meat preparation

Accurate and consistent portion control

Maintaining high standards of quality and presentation

Following food safety, HACCP and CCP procedures
-
Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Working as part of a team and adapting to different tasks when required
- Day shift – start at 7:00am

45 hours per week
-
5 days out of 6
-
Sundays closed
- Previous wholesale butchery experience

Strong carcass breakdown skills

Good knowledge of meat cuts and specifications

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
