We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Property Administrator to join our growing team in Kidderminster. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll support the smooth running of our services through administration, facilities and property management, Health & Safety compliance, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Business & Administrative Support
- Manage day-to-day office administration, records, correspondence, meetings, and staff onboarding
- Process invoices, manage petty cash, and complete monthly expenditure reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, admissions, and discharges
- Support project coordination, reporting, presentations, and documentation
- Manage and update the organisation’s website and social media content
- Collect feedback from staff, and stakeholders to support service improvement
Facilities & Property Management
- Oversee daily operations of supported accommodation properties
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs
- Liaise with landlords, contractors, utilities, and service providers
- Manage leases, licences, HMO applications, council tax accounts, and exemptions
- Ensure properties are safe, compliant, clean, and welcoming
Health & Safety Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and legal standards
- Coordinate risk assessments, audits, PAT testing, gas and electrical certifications
- Maintain up-to-date Health & Safety records and property compliance folders
- Ensure fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire doors, and safety signage are compliant
Inventory, Cleaning & Maintenance
- Maintain accurate inventories of equipment, furnishings, and supplies
- Coordinate procurement, supplier quotes, and deliveries
- Monitor cleaning standards across all properties
- Manage maintenance issues and approved contractor registers
Team & Organisational Support
- Act as a key point of contact for staff and tenant property-related queries
- Work collaboratively across teams to support service delivery
- Uphold safeguarding, data protection, equality, and inclusion standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement and organisational development
What We’re Looking For
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience in facilities, property, or business support roles
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Confident managing multiple priorities and working independently
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety compliance (or willingness to learn)
- IT confident, with strong attention to detail
