About the Role
Norton Home Loans is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Servicing Administrator to join our dedicated team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You’ll support our underwriting and post‑completion processes, ensuring cases are managed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management
- Review first and second charge cases after payout and update systems accurately.
- Complete internal and external reports for new lending.
- Register and deregister charges with HM Land Registry / Scottish solicitors.
- Manage HMLR requisitions and respond within required timescales.
- Handle Land Registry enquiries.
Customer & Stakeholder Support
- Process settlement requests, discharges of security, consents, and deeds of postponement.
- Handle telephone queries, correspondence, and complaints in line with company policy.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and third parties.
Administration & Record Keeping
- Set up accounts, maintain records, and complete general administrative duties.
- Update spreadsheets and prepare files for referrals or further advances.
