We're looking for a Ganger/Team Leader to join our Anglian Water Alliance team based in Lincoln.
Location: Lincoln
Hours: 45hours a week, Monday to Friday

In this role, you'll be working on our Anglian Water Alliance, where we focus on maintaining, repairing, and upgrading the water network. You'll be leading a dedicated team on large diameter repairs and installations, as well as small main laying programmes, ensuring every project is delivered safely and to the highest standards.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Ganger/Team Leader, you'll be working within the Anglian Water Alliance team, supporting them in delivering essential water network projects. Your day to day will include:
- Leading and managing a team of one to five operatives, ensuring all works comply with Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
- Maintaining excellent communication with Delivery Agents, Engineers and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of progress and any changes
- Overseeing site safety and compliance, including daily inspections, excavation assessments, and completion of all required safety documentation
- Managing site permits, stock control, and ensuring timesheets are completed and submitted weekly
- Engaging professionally with customers and communities, escalating any incidents following the "Golden Hour" reporting process
What are we looking for?
This role of Ganger/Team Leader is great for you if:
- You hold a Full driving licence with B+E towing entitlement
- You have NRSWA, EUSR and SHEA accreditation, along with a CSCS skilled card
- You haveexperience in the Water Utilities sector as a team leader
- You hold SSSTS, NVQ Service laying and Main laying qualifications, and NPORS/CPCS operator certification
- You have the ability to coach and manage individuals, bringing out the best in your team
