Part-Time Retail Sales Assistant
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Flavour Vapour Truro on a part-time basis.
Opening hours 9/530 sun 10/4
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
- Advise customers on vaping products and accessories.
- Process cash and card transactions accurately.
- Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays.
- Keep the store clean, tidy and well presented.
- Carry out age verification checks in line with Challenge 25.
- Learn about new products and promotions.
- Assist with stock deliveries and general store duties.
- Work as part of a team.
- Comfortable lone working.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Honest, reliable and punctual.
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn about vaping products.
- Flexible to work weekdays, weekends and holiday cover as required.
- Must be 18+., staff discount and full training provided.
Pay: £12.50 per hour
