To strengthen our motivated Talent Attraction Team at our Bradford Plant, we are looking for a proactive and organised Health & Safety Assistant.
- You will maintain Health & Safety records, including incident logs, training records, and risk assessments
- You will track compliance activities such as statutory inspections and audit actions
- You will support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up actions
- You will assist with audit preparation and document control
- You will coordinate Health & Safety training and maintain training records
- You will support site safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities
- You have experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- You have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- You are confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- You have the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
