We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bar staff/ Front of House to join our team and help maintain our high standards.
Role Overview
We’re looking for enthusiastic and friendly Bar Staff/ Front of House to join our team. As a member of our team you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, and ensuring our guests have a great experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes.
- Engaging with customers and providing outstanding service
- Always ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
- Cleaning the bar, tables, chairs, and work area to maintain a sanitary environment
- Organising the bar area to streamline drink preparation and inventory
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Great teamwork and communication skills
- Previous bar experience (Preferably experience with making cocktails)
- Previous hospitality experience
· Flexibility with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
Must be aged 18+
