The role
- Deliver massage, facials and beauty treatments to a high standard (we work with Ishga)
- Provide a calm, welcoming guest experience and excellent aftercare
- Confidently recommend treatments and retail products (guest-led, never pushy)
- Manage bookings and enquiries (phone/email/booking system)
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and presentation across treatment areas
- Support daily spa operations and admin
About you
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy and/or Massage (or equivalent)
- 2+ years’ experience preferred
- Friendly, polished, reliable, and guest-focused
- Comfortable working solo and as part of a small team
- Basic IT confidence (booking systems/payments)
- Ishga experience a bonus — training provided
- Weekend availability (rota planned in advance)
Location (important)
This is a rural location with limited public transport.
Live-in accommodation is available and the role suits someone who enjoys the outdoors.
