Customer Sales and Service Advisor
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused and commercially minded individual to support our customer retention, booking, customer experience and sales activities.
This role is primarily telephone and computer based, involving outbound customer contact, appointment booking, customer follow-ups, customer satisfaction management, and identifying opportunities to promote and sell relevant products and services to existing customers.
The successful candidate will play an important role in strengthening customer relationships, increasing customer retention, generating additional revenue opportunities, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their journey with the business.
The ideal candidate will be confident speaking with customers, comfortable discussing products and services, motivated by achieving targets, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service while contributing to business growth.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Contact existing customers to arrange service, MOT, maintenance and future bookings.
- Conduct customer retention and renewal campaigns, including service plans, warranties, finance agreements and vehicle replacement opportunities.
- Carry out pre-appointment and post-appointment customer calls to enhance customer experience and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Generate customer reviews, referrals and repeat business through proactive customer engagement.
- Promote and sell additional products and services including servicing, repairs, maintenance plans, warranties, accessories and vehicle upgrades.
- Support the sales team by identifying vehicle replacement opportunities, arranging appointments and assisting with customer enquiries throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity within CRM and business systems.
- Manage outbound communication campaigns using customer databases, marketing lists and digital communication channels.
- Schedule appointments efficiently to maximise workshop utilisation and sales opportunities.
- Track personal performance, conversions, customer engagement and revenue generation activities.
- Work closely with sales, service and operational teams to ensure excellent customer service and business performance.
- Build long-term customer relationships that improve retention, customer lifetime value and overall business profitability.
- Provide regular feedback on customer trends, campaign performance, sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Full time position available, but could be flexible for the right candidate.

- Generous commission payment plan, we do not cap commission earnings
