We're looking for an enthusiastic, full-time Instructor to join our amazing team at The Little Gym Cambridge. Every day is different as you help babies, toddlers and children aged 4 months to 12 years build confidence, develop new skills and have serious fun through our gymnastics-based classes.

About The Little Gym
The Little Gym is an internationally recognised children's enrichment programme that has been helping children grow in confidence for over 45 years. Through movement, gymnastics and imaginative learning, we help children develop physically, socially and emotionally in a fun, non-competitive environment.
Our mission is simple: help children become confident, capable and happy while having Serious Fun.
The Role
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) and includes one weekend day.
At The Little Gym Cambridge, we believe great people deserve to be recognised. Alongside your salary, you'll be eligible for performance-related financial bonuses based on your contribution to the success of the business.
Full training is provided, so while gymnastics experience is an advantage, it's certainly not essential. We can teach the programme—we're looking for the right personality.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead exciting, energetic gymnastics-based classes for children from 4 months to 12 years.
- Create a welcoming, supportive and FUN environment where every child can thrive.
- Build children's confidence through encouragement, positivity and celebration.
- Prioritise safety while delivering engaging, high-energy classes.
- Develop genuine relationships with our families and become someone they know and trust.
- Talk confidently with parents about their child's progress and achievements.
- Help maintain our beautiful facility and equipment to the highest standards.
- Be an ambassador for The Little Gym, welcoming prospective members and helping our community continue to grow.
- Work closely with your teammates to create an outstanding experience for every family.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to continually improve your skills.
Who We're Looking For
We're much more interested in who you are than exactly what you've done before.
You'll probably be someone who:

- Is confident speaking in front of groups and engaging both children and adults.
- Enjoys being physically active throughout the day.

- Wants to make a genuine difference in children's lives.
Experience that would be useful (but isn't essential)
- Coaching sport or gymnastics.
- Teaching, childcare or early years experience.
- Dance, performing arts or fitness instruction.
- Customer service or hospitality.
- Working in children's activities or holiday camps.
