Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Back of House Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our dishes for our guests dining in and taking away via our deliveroo platform or our guests coming to collect themselves
Responsibilities:
- Preparing desserts following the spec manual
- Following procedures and protocol
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the back of house area.
- Ensure compliance with food and health and safety standards and regulations.
- Support the culinary team in meal presentation, ensuring dishes are to spec and correct, and packing deliveroo orders by the ticket, with nothing missing from the order.
Potentially you may have to step in as food runner to serve our guests, so confidence is a must have !!!
Experience:
- Prior experience in a restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Preparation and execution of deliveroo orders
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
