Trainee Registered Manager – Ready to Lead with Purpose?
We're looking for an ambitious Trainee Children's Home Manager to join our growing children's residential care team from day one. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, develop your leadership skills, and work towards becoming a Registered Manager.

Essential Requirements:
- Hold a Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or willing to work towards
- Experience in a senior role within residential childcare

Pay: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Residential Childcare: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
