Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team at Aysgarth Fall Hotel in In this role, you will ensure that our operations adhere to all relevant regulations and internal policies, supporting our commitment to excellence and integrity in hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement compliance policies tailored to the hospitality sector.
- Conduct internal audits to assess adherence to regulatory standards.

- Collaborate with management to address compliance issues proactively.
- Prepare detailed reports for regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
- Provide training to staff on compliance procedures and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and audits.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in compliance management within the hospitality or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting and internal audit processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex regulations and communicate effectively.
- Relevant qualifications in compliance, auditing, or related fields are preferred.
- Familiarity with banking or financial regulations is a plus but not essential.
