Location: Stourbridge
Hours: 25, MONDAY- FRIDAY 5 HOURS A DAY
To design and plan a person centred, structured and inspiring programme of activities.
Creatively engage with the people we support and work with the care staff to provide consistent provision of quality daily activities.
Develop individualised timetables.
Maintain accurate records.
Attend mandatory training and other relevant training.
Person specification:
Ability to plan and implement activity programme.
A creative personality.
Commitment to person centred practice.
Two years working in social care.
Experience in supporting vulnerable people.
Previous experience of organising and implementing activities and projects within a care setting.
