Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and assist with valuations
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers through to agreed sale
- Support the sales process from offer stage through to completion
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers
- Deliver excellent client service while working towards conversion and fee targets
- Use local area knowledge to support instructions and negotiations (bonus)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in estate agency sales
- Confident negotiator with a sales-focused mindset
- Professional, persuasive communicator on phone and in person
- Proactive, self-starter - leads aren’t handed to you
- Well-presented and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence and own car

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, plus 1 in every 3 Saturdays
