We are seeking a grounds maintenance operative. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, good time keeping and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in safety critical environments.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, pruning and weeding to maintain the aesthetic appeal of outdoor areas
- Operate power tools such as hedge trimmers, lawnmowers, leaf blowers, efficiently and safely
- Use hand tools like shovels, rakes, pruners, and spades for digging, and general garden maintenance
- Conduct regular inspections of grounds to identify hazards or maintenance needs and address them promptly
Requirements
- Must be able to achieve an Enhanced DBS
- Must be able to travel to and from current base LE10 3HF
- Must be able to work in all weathers at our customer sites in the Coventry and Warwickshire areas
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills
Skills
- Experience in grounds maintenance or gardening is preferred
- Skilled in the use of various hand tools and power tools essential for grounds keeping tasks
- Clean driving license preferred but not essential

Pay: £25,292.00 per year
