We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting the kitchen with food preparation, cleaning, organisation, and ensuring everything runs smoothly during service.

Responsibilities
- Assisting chefs with food preparation and basic cooking tasks
- Preparing vegetables, herbs, and other ingredients
- Washing dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils
- Keeping workstations clean and organised
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy services
