Nursery Manager
Location: Lewes (10-min walk from train station / main bus route outside)
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 / year + up to 10% annual bonus
Hours: Full-Time | Open 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, all-year-round
Lead an established, mid-sized nursery in a fabulous setting featuring
an outdoor classroom, creative room, playground, and nearby nature
fields for Forest School. Enjoy full support during a structured
3-month handover with the current Manager.

What You Need
Experience: 5+ years in the early years sector & proven team management skills.
Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare minimum (Forest School or Montessori
interests a plus).
Knowledge: Expert understanding of EYFS and statutory frameworks.
