We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy branch. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional looking to take the next step in their career with a well-established and respected tyre and vehicle maintenance business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Branch Manager in the daily operation of the centre.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Assist with managing and motivating the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
- Ensure high standards of workmanship, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and invoicing.
- Assist with stock control and branch administration.
- Lead by example and provide support during busy periods on the workshop floor.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience within the automotive, tyre, fast-fit, or vehicle maintenance industry.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving results.
- Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
