Join the University of Liverpool as our Dentistry, Medicine and Veterinary Science Admissions Manager and play a leading role in delivering an excellent admissions experience for applicants to our clinical programmes.
Based within Global Student Recruitment and Outreach, you will manage admissions activity across undergraduate and selected postgraduate programmes, from application through to registration. You will provide specialist advice on complex admissions requirements, oversee applicant interviews and ensure compliance with relevant University policies, professional standards and regulatory requirements.
Leading a dedicated admissions team, you will manage workloads, set priorities and support colleagues’ professional development. You will build strong relationships with academic schools, admissions leads, recruitment teams and external organisations, using data and insight to inform decisions, improve processes and support recruitment objectives.
We are looking for an experienced admissions professional with strong leadership, organisational and customer-service skills. You will be confident managing competing priorities in a complex environment, communicating with stakeholders at all levels and interpreting detailed policies and regulations. Experience of clinical admissions and using data to drive service improvements would be advantageous.
This permanent, full-time Grade 7 role is based at our Liverpool campus, with hybrid working available.
