The position of Sous Chef (Part - Time) has become available at the Ramada Encore by Wyndham Leicester. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our Guests receive the best quality service and product at all times, whilst motivating and leading your team to achieve and deliver results. The successful applicant for this role will deliver excellent customer service, have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, be willing to learn and show that they care. Working alongside the Kitchen team you will deliver food to a high standard and should be able to work on your own initiative. The right applicant will need to be able to work seamlessly and be able to ensure the highest levels of consistency.

- Working alongside Operations Manager you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials
- Demonstrate great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labor.
- Have a pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front of house teams
