Role: B2B Sales Administrator
Hours: F/T Mon-Thurs 9-5pm Fri 9-4.30pm
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000
Benefits: 29 days annual leave increasing to a maximum 33 days (inc. statutory), then following a probationary period, staff pension scheme, life insurance and discretionary company bonus scheme.

Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a B2B Sales Administrator who will act as first point of contact for our customer base, delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for an experienced sales administrator with the ability to forge strong working relationships with all their key accounts and manage their expectation around product availability and delivery schedule. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop good product knowledge and will be on hand to advise customers of the best suited products for their requirement. Covering administration, operational and sales tasks, the main responsibilities will include:
- Taking orders, processing and following up with customers on delivery and payments.
- High levels of customer service
- Dealing with incoming customers both by phone and email
- Responding to web chat enquiries
- Develop and grow accounts

The ideal candidate will have experience in:
- A customer service role
- This role has a technical emphasis, so such a background would be an advantage
- Microsoft Office software suite
