Hours: Weekday evenings and weekends (including Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)
About Us
Amalfi Blu is a modern Italian restaurant offering authentic Italian cuisine, handcrafted cocktails, premium wines and exceptional customer service in a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our friendly team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard.
- Make a range of classic and signature cocktails.
- Serve wines, beers, spirits, soft drinks and hot beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar area.
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
- Process customer orders accurately using the till system.
- Assist restaurant staff when required during busy service.
- Follow all licensing, food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Carry out opening and closing duties as instructed by management.
Requirements
- Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential as full training can be provided.
- Friendly, confident and professional attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Flexible to work weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to the sale of alcohol.
