What You'll Be Doing
As a Retail Team Member, you'll help create outstanding customer experiences while supporting exciting campaigns for a portfolio of nationally recognised brands.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and engaging with customers
- Providing information about products, services and promotions
- Delivering a high standard of customer service
- Representing client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Building positive customer relationships
- Supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
- Working collaboratively with your team to achieve shared goals
