About the Role
AirPure International are looking for an Office Administrator to join our friendly and supportive office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, reliable and keen to learn. Full training will be provided, so previous office experience is preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the office, assist with customer service enquiries, help process sales orders and coordinate delivery bookings. The role will also involve preparing product samples for customers and carrying out general administrative duties as required.
Key Responsibilities
· Inputting sales orders accurately onto the company system.
· Booking deliveries and liaising with the relevant teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
· Answering incoming phone calls, including customer service phone calls.
· Responding to customer service emails and helping to resolve enquiries.
· Preparing and putting together product samples to send to customers.
· Supporting colleagues with general office administration tasks.
· Maintaining accurate records and helping to keep office processes organised.
· Working as part of a friendly, supportive team and assisting wherever needed.
Skills and Qualities
· GSCE Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
· Enthusiastic individual, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
· A proactive approach when dealing with customers.
· Good attention to detail, especially when entering orders and information.
· Basic computer skills and confidence using email.
· Ability to work well as part of a team.
· Supportive to the wider team.
· Well organised and able to manage priorities effectively.
Training and Support
Full training will be given for all aspects of the role, including customer service processes, order inputting, delivery booking and sample preparation. The successful candidate will be supported by experienced colleagues and given the opportunity to build confidence and develop their skills over time.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:00.
