What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a Head of Legal to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in navigating the evolving regulatory landscape of blockchain and digital assets, shaping strategic partnerships, and ensuring all legal aspects of Octant align with our values and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and partnership agreements.

Provide legal counsel on traditional and decentralized governance structures related to the Golem Foundation and Octant.

Advise on regulatory and compliance issues across multiple jurisdictions.

Assess the legal implications of new product, technical and business initiatives, especially those involving cross-border components.

Closely cooperate with business and product teams as well as the project leadership on resolving the challenges they may face.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant developments in crypto regulation, DAOs, and digital asset law.

Ensure legal frameworks support public goods funding, open-source contributions, and decentralization principles.

Manage relationships with external legal counsel in various countries.

5+ years of legal experience, preferably in Web3, fintech, or tech startups.

Expertise in international corporate law and digital asset regulations.

Familiarity with DAO governance structures and decentralized legal frameworks.

Experience in legal advisory on digital products..
