Looking for a job that's a little different from your typical office role?
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organised person to join our office team at Galloway Activity Centre. Based on the shores of Loch Ken, we welcome thousands of visitors each year for outdoor activities, accommodation and adventures.
No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, great customer service skills and a willingness to get involved wherever needed.
Main Duties
- Welcoming customers and visitors
- Answering phone calls and email enquiries
- Processing bookings and payments
- Maintaining customer records and booking systems
- Assisting customers with activity and equipment hire arrivals
- Supporting other departments when required
- Keeping the reception area tidy and welcoming

Important Information
- Full-time seasonal position
- Typical hours are 08:00–16:30
- Weekend work is required
- Own transport is essential due to our rural location
- Good availability throughout July and August is required
