Salt College in Herne Bay is looking to recruit several dedicated Learning Support Assistant's to empower our learners—both in and out of the classroom—to achieve their qualifications and reach their full potential.
This role is focused on the following
- Support learners in the construction workshop completing training qualification
- Maintain Tools and equipment
- Prepare resources and the learning environment in advance of lesson
- Be a first aider
- Ensure staff and students comply with Health and safety risk assessments for Construction
- Ensure the workshops are organised and clean
42 Weeks Per Year Term Time only
£24,785 pro rota
08.30-17.00
Must have In Class Support Experience

- Support learners with diverse needs, including those with SEND including SEMH, ADD, ODD and ADHD.
- Work alongside experienced educators in a friendly, forward-thinking team
- Help students build confidence, develop skills, and overcome challenges
